Neeri takes an eclectic and integrative approach to therapy, recognizing that each individual brings unique experiences, strengths, and challenges into the therapeutic space. Rather than relying on a single framework, she draws from multiple evidence-based approaches and tailors them to the specific needs, goals, and circumstances of each client.
Her work is grounded in the Humanistic approach and rooted in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. She strives to create a safe, non-judgmental, and inclusive space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace.
Her practice is also queer-affirmative and guided by the belief that meaningful change occurs when individuals feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood.

Identifying unhelpful thought patterns, underlying beliefs, and emotional responses that contribute to distress — using structured cognitive and rational-emotive techniques.
Clinical hypnotherapy
Incorporating hypnotherapeutic techniques where appropriate to facilitate deeper self-exploration and emotional processing beyond the conscious mind.
